Forms will be available for pickup in the office, Mrs. Dulin's classroom (116), and Ms. Mayse's room (103). All forms should be returned to Ms. Mayse in room 103 before the due date. This year's club will be capped at the first 40 forms returned.

Runners are expected to exhibit the EAGLES commitments at practices, on the Greenbelt, and at races.

Membership Requirements

Ridge Runners is a running club open to 4^th and 5^th grade students. Students work toward completing a 5k race in the fall and spring semesters.

Cost $20

Fall sign up deadline is Wednesday, October 5th. (forms available Sept 19th) Practice starts on October 13th.

Spring sign up deadline is March 8th (forms available Feb. 27th) Practice starts on March 21st.

Meeting Schedule

Tues/Thurs 2:45-3:30 p.m. at the MRIS track

Runners are expected to attend most practices and wear appropriate running shoes.

Students will be dismissed to the front of MRIS for pickup at the end of each practice.
