Encore
Encore Courses are classes outside the core curriculum (math, language arts, science, and social studies) that enhance and enrich our students' intermediate school education experiences. They include Wheel, Electives, and E/I classes. In 4th grade, students experience all wheel encore classes (Library, Technology, PE, Art, Creative Music, Guidance and STEM). Starting in 5th grade, all students continue to have Library, Technology, Art, and PE and begin choosing electives: STEM, Band, Orchestra, and Chorus. Some students also have the opportunity to improve their literacy and mathematical skills through Reading and Math Intervention.
